By the way @Kalshi is such an unserious company it violates its own notices and deadlines lol.

On August 7th they gave us a 30 day notice and today they leaked/ announced once again their frivolous nonsense.

Leaking and attention seeking seem to be the M/O of this…

Kalshi enforced penalties under multiple exchange rules designed to mirror federal market regulations. These include prohibitions on trading when a participant can influence the outcome of an event, trading on material non-public information and engaging in manipulative or fraudulent practices.

The sanctions, effective from 28 August 2026 , bar Santos from any direct or indirect trading access on Kalshi.

What is Second Strike?

The share price came under pressure following debt disclosures in Bally’s Q2 10-Q filing, which was submitted to the Securities and Exchange Commission on 14 August.

In the filing, Bally’s noted that based on current forecasts, the business “does not project that it would satisfy the liquidity maintenance requirement” or the “consolidated net leverage ratio covenant” in its revolving credit facility over the next year.

The filing added: “As described below, while the company is actively engaged in discussions on several financing alternatives, the conditions and events raise substantial doubt about the company’s ability to continue as a going concern.”
